Flourished Waterlily

Hallo,
Wow last week really got away from me - I had hoped to do this challenge on friday but ended up going into work (in exchange for Sunday off :) but even so 4 - 12 hour shifts in a row just slap wore me out!!!! I didn' t do a whole lot but lay around yesterday - walk the dog with my DH, out for lunch, nap, and a bit of craft table time.
This will be first of hopefully 2 posts today as I had this challenge and one other that I had wanted to do and the other one is due today too....

This challenge - FTTC39 - was hosted by Flourishes and it was to use a border punch.
The backround is stamped with a technique called Faux Designer Paper from Techniques Junkies - www.patstamps.com
and it uses stamps from Inkadinkado, Another Stamp Company and a couple unknowns.
The focal images are all from Flourishes. I gold embossed the phrase and the waterlily anf goldfish are stamped and colored with copics and then I added spica glitter pen on top - and a little white gel pen for the lily. The border punch is from EK success.
You need to check out the Flourishes blog - lots of great inspiration to be found!!! www.flourishesnewsletter.blogspot.com

All for now - I have some yard work to get done and a couple errands before I can head to the craft table....
Take Care
Tera
