Short post this am as my heart is hurting . Had to say goodbye to both my kitties this week - both had been sick for awhile......
Shadow is the gray one - we found out in August last year that he had a very large tumor growing in his mouth and several more starting down his neck. He got to the point this week that he couldnt swallow well anymore....
The black one is Smitty and he has been loosing weight and having alot of trouble keeping food down as well as almost total loss of bowel , and in the last few days bladder control too. Poor thing was just a skinny bag of bones.
Very hard to say goodbye but didnt want them to suffer either. The last 2 cats I had I have to admit that I held onto too long and didnt want to do that again.....
