Coffee with Friends

Hallo,
A couple cards to show you today - matching the jars from yesterdays post.
I used stamps from 2 coffee sets - 'Flourishes' and 'Gina K'.
I also used some of my nesties for the layers and some plain flowers - altered to match with glimmer mist.
The coffee cups at the bottom of the cards are colored with prismacolor pencils.

Java Jars

Hallo,
I had a little time this weekend for crafting between games of monopoly - friday and saturday.
Mom still dominates the Monopoly 2-1 :)
Finished off 3 more jars - all with a coffee theme.
I used stamps from 2 different coffee sets - one from 'Flourishes' and one from 'Gina K'.
I glass etched the jars by using the embossed images as a resist and then decorated the tags to match.
I work today so am preposting...
All for today - more coffee theme for tomorrow.

Coffee Anyone?

Hallo,
I had to try out this set I got from Flourishes a few weeks ago and haven't used yet . Yes its another etched jar :). I am having fun with these as you may have noticed!!! I used up 2 bottles of glass etching compound and just bought a third (thanks goodness for A.C. Moore and JoAnns coupons!!), and I had to buy another jar of clear embossing powder too.
This jar was done on 2 sides and then I made a gift tag and matching card which I will show you tomorrow.
I am getting these lined up to post for the next few days - I am writing this on wed. which means I have to go back to work tomorrow :( - Oh well I guess I need to catch up on all the goings on of my fellow coworkers lives....
