Have Faith

Hallo,
Ahhh saturday afternoon......it is a wonderful 75 degrees and mostly sunny....I did about 2 hours of yard work this am - mostly planting the plants I got at Lowes yesterday.....still have one spot in a side flower bed that I need to firgure out what I want to do with it and maybe a couple more plants for the porch .....
My computer is with an expert getting fixed - all my photos and files are intact in there (what I took 4 days trying to find the guy at the computer place literally took about 5 keystrokes to find.....). I should have my laptop back on monday....
Old Meow is doing well - don't know why she was so puny earlier in the week but she seems to be doing fine now....

Todays card is for this weeks Timeless Tuesday challenge over at Flourishes - www.flourishes.org/blog/
The challenge this week was for 'masking' - easy peasy....
I used 2 different sets from Flourishes and masked off the cup and stamped the flowers into it. The dots in the background is also a stamp in the set with the cup - I used weathered wood distress ink, and stamped off lightly before stamping around the main image - which was also masked BTW...
It was all colored with copics, cut with a Spellbinders die, edged with the darker copic marker that I used on the flowers, layered to a scrap of yellow flowered DP from the pile nearest my desk (if you are thinking that implies more than one pile.....you are correct... :) and finally all of that to a kraft card base.
I have a little blog surfin to do then a bit of time in the craft room before cooking super.....
I don't post very often on the weekend but will have another Flourishes card for you tomorrow I believe.....
Take Care
Tera

I'm on my way to the blog hop, but thought I must comment on this. Your coloring is fabulous. You've so much depth and dimension to it. Especially love the shadow of the vase and flowers on the table. A beautiful card.
