Outlines - teal flower
Hallo,
Saturday am and I am really looking forward to my bed this morning - I pulled a muscle in my neck somehow a couple days ago and havenot been sleeping well at all - neck is better but still hurts but as tired as I am I don't think it will matter.
I finished this a couple days ago for this weeks challenge over at the Outlines blog. The challenge was a color challenge for teal, brown and white....whoops, didn't leave any white did I.....ahh well.
Check out the Outlines blog - www.outlineswithkathy.blogspot.com
Join in the challenge and you could win free stamps.
I stamped the flowers on white cardstock and colored them with copics and then cut them out and laered them. I added some bronze dimesional paint from 'Tulip' to the top flower.
The brown background is glimmer mist.
I stamped 2 phrases with distress embossing powder (they didn't show up quite as well as I had hoped...) - added some teal pearls and layered it all to teal cardstock.
Ok off to bed with me!!!!
Take Care
Tera

Tera, I hope you are on the mend! Your card is wonderful, what a cool combination of stamps to make the flower. Good luck and thanks for joining in on the fun at Outlines challenge blog.
Gorgeous colors. Your card turned out very pretty. I just took my first copics techniques class yesterday - so overwhelming, couldn't even begin to figure out how or what markers to buy....Your coloring turned out so nice. I hope your day in bed gets you on the road to recovery.
Tera, Hope u r feeling better! The flowers are so bright and cheery, bet they look even better in person against the shimmery background!! Thanks for playing along with the Outlines Challenge!!!
