This first pic is Paula on the middle block with the gold cap.
These next 3 are also of Paula - first 2 are the IM (they use several different strokes in one race). And the last one is 50m breast stroke.
This pics is Jack finishing the las tleg of one of his relays.
This Is Jack in the 200m free - and yes he said he was 'dead' after this one for a bit.
