Flourishes Heavy Metal challenge

Hallo,

This card was done for the Flourishes 'Heavy metal' challenge.
I pulled out one of my newest sets from Flourishes for this one 'Moments in Time'
I embossed with a bronze looking distress powder onto silver paper for the time pieces, and edged the edges with the same embossing powder (and then edged with just a hint of black with a sharpie). I embossed the phrase in black.
The next layer is gold shimmer paper dry embossed with a timepiece texture folder which I then took copper metallic rub-on to highlight the texture and the edges.
Matted to brown cardstock and added some black flat-backed pearls for accents.


I am back posting again - catching my blog up from my work stretch when I didn't have anything ready to post - so now its thursday and not only am I trying to get my release challenges done by friday but I have a craft fair on saturday that I need to get a couple more things done for (hard to sell stuff if you don't have stuff to sell :).
