What a BEAUTIFUL day we are having here in NW Florida - so nice and cool, all my windows are open, sunshine and a cool breeze ....aahhhhhh. I do love fall in Florida!!!!
I have 3 cards for you today all done with stamps from Outlines.
As is usual when I get to layering - especially with Outlines stamps - I ended up with several versions. I have a few more sheets of the paper I did these with too and I think they will need to become tags....
I started with some new paper from Tim Holtz - a craft resist paper - it has a pattern on it in black and then a resist over it in spots. I sprayed many sheets with glimmer mist and memory mist - golds, red and greens. Then I stamped several of Outlines flowers on those (once dry anyway...) and embossed them in gold and cut them out.
I layered the flowers with foam tape and curled the petals and then the centers are some pretties I had in my stash - not sure where from.....
The background papers on the cards are from BG jovial pack and embossed with another Outlines stamp and that panel edged with gold metallic pen.
Since I have almost no word stamps from Outlines and I was doing this for this weeks challenge - I had to hunt through my stash for the Christmas stickers that I used (I used some of my last rub ons for the last Christmas card I did for their challenge :). I may use up some of my stash this way!!!
Check out the current challenge at Outlines - which is for flowers - here - www.outlineswithkathy.blogspot.com
All for now - more crafting to do....and best thing about today is that my DD gets home this eveening from her youth confereance in D.C.!!!!!
