Flourishes cartoon

Hallo,
I have another post for you today - as promised :)
I did this card today for a challenge over at Flourishes for World Cardmaking Day. Check it out here - www.flourishes.org/blog/

The challenge was to pick a favorite cartoon character and take inspiration - especially colorwise from our character. Well I have always loved Eyeore :) - and I chose to use the blues, but one of the things I always loved about Eyeore was that he really loved flowers so I added a bunch of flowers too :)

The main image is from Flourishes of course colored with copics onto a grayish blue shimmery paper. Then I used a texture folder as a frame and sponged some darker blue on the texture.

I added purple flowers to the corner of the card to match the main image and the orange flowers just because I liked how it looked with a bit of contrast to pop out!!!

All for tonight - trying to watch the Husker game but its just to sad for words - 3 interceptions equaling 3 touchdowns - come on guys run the ball its what you do best, quit trying to pass - it's not working!!!!! Ahh well I an going to bed....
Take Care
Tera
